REHEAT GUIDE

BURGERS/SANDWICHES:
The paper that we use to wrap our burgers can withstand heat of up to 420 degrees Fahrenheit!
We recommend popping ALL of our burgers into the microwave for a quick 30 seconds. If you don’t have a microwave, you can put them in a preheated oven or toaster oven at 400 degrees until warm. This quick and easy fix will make it feel like we just buzzed your number!

SALADS:
The Hot Market Salad is best heated in a non-stick pan on medium heat for a few minutes. Once hot, transfer to a plate and drizzle with raw tahini. If you’re really serious about this one, ask everything on the side and toss it at home by yourself! Make sure to let us know that you are planning to stir-fry it yourself, cause we usually don’t do this one with dressing on the side. This one is a game changer!! Don’t be lazy, just do it!

To heat salad or plate proteins, simply place them on a non-stick pan (without the salad) and heat on medium heat for a few minutes. We also recommend adding 1 tbsp of water and serve only once all of the water has evaporated (do not add water for schnitzel, falafel or fried portobello).

Schnitzel, Falafel and Fried Portobello are best heated in an oven preheated to 450F degrees or in the microwave for 1 minute.

SMOKED MEATS:
All of our smoked meats can be heated in the microwave or in an oven preheated to 450F degrees or in a non-stick pan on medium heat for a few minutes, add 1 tbsps of water and cover with a lid.

STARTERS:
The BBQ Wings are best heated in a microwave or in a non-stick pan on medium heat for a few minutes, add 2-3 tbsps of water and cover with a lid.

The Baked Potato, Roasted Cauliflower, Eggplant Mess & Dolmeh can be heated in the microwave for 1 minute or in an oven preheated to 450F degrees.

The Crunchy Shroom is best heated in an oven preheated to 450F degrees or in the microwave for 1 minute. Make sure to add the sauce AFTER you heat the mushrooms.

SIDES:
French Fries will never be as crispy as they are when you dine in. Its just a fact that we all need to accept.
BUT, our favourite way to reheat them is to toss them in a non-stick pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes until they are really hot and as crispy as they can get! Same goes for Yam fries and Cauliflower Fries.

Grilled Corn & White Rice is best heated in the microwave for 1 minute.

DESSERTS:
Mama’s Hot Fudge and Bread pudding are best heated in the microwave for 30 seconds or in an oven preheated to 450F degrees.
